Course Details

The UK regulator, the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) regularly reviews a sample of financial statements published by large companies across the UK and publishes summaries on its findings. This session will look at some of the themes being identified by the FRC in their most recent review, published in March 2022, and will include a review of the live financial statements in question.

In this webinar, we will select a sample of the points raised by the FRC, and their application to small and medium entities as they prepare their financial reports for 2021/2022.

By attending this session, you will understand some of the areas that the Regulator is examining when it comes to financial statements, and therefore the key areas for consideration over the coming months.

This session will be targeted at the preparers of financial statements and reviewers of those financial statements, including auditors.
