Lenny works on the MTD Programme and focuses on VAT, helping agents and clients come to terms with MTD requirements.

He has been the mainstay of the MTD Webinar Programme providing tens of thousands of agents and clients with easy to follow information and explanations. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in MTD VAT and ITSA.

Lisa Kitching

Lisa joined the Department of Work and Pensions in 1989, when she then  transferred to the Inland Revenue ahead of its 2005 merger with Customs & Excise to form HM Revenue and Customs.

Lisa has a proven track record in helping to deliver large Government Programmes. In March 2021 she brought this wealth of experience with her when she joined HMRC’s MTD programme as Head of Customer Readiness for the ITSA Pilot and the under £85K turnover VAT registered. 

Lisa is now focusing her knowledge on strengthening relations with the Software Developer community and is dedicated to ensuring that businesses will have the third party Software Products vital to their transitioning to Income Tax MTD well before 2024. Raising awareness and educating customers is her main priority.
