This session addresses the disconnect when traditional financial reports (e.g., standard costing, complex overhead allocations) conflict with a lean strategy. It introduces Lean performance measures which provide timely, relevant data to frontline managers about their value stream's performance.


Participants will understand how to design simple, visual, and timely performance metrics that link operational activity directly to financial outcomes.
