Many accountancy firms are busy, growing, and under pressure, but the growth is making the firm harder to run. More clients, more services, and more complexity are putting strain on margins, leadership capacity, workflow and delivery.

This session looks at what has to change inside the firm if growth is going to remain manageable, profitable, and sustainable. Using my 5Ws Framework - Work, Workload, Workflow, Workplace, and Workforce - I will show leaders how to strengthen accountability, reduce partner dependency and structure the firm so that growth improves performance rather than weakening it.

In this webinar Dr Blessing Enakimio will cover the following topics:

  • How to reduce the senior bottleneck and move work to the right level
  • How to identify where complexity is creating drag across the firm
  • How to use the 5Ws Framework to align structure, capacity, and delivery
  • How to support growth without overloading leadership or weakening client service

Growth does not automatically make a firm stronger. As firms expand, complexity increases, pressure builds around senior people, and delivery becomes harder to manage consistently. Without the right structure, growth can reduce efficiency, weaken accountability and create operational strain across the firm.

This session helps leaders understand what needs to change internally so the firm can continue growing in a way that is manageable, sustainable and commercially healthy.

This webinar will be of interest to practice leaders, senior partners, managing partners, firm owners, directors, and senior decision-makers responsible for growth, operations, and delivery within accountancy firms.
