Adrian Alexander

Adrian joined FRP in 2017 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team and is based in our Brighton office. He has over 30 years' corporate finance experience advising on buying and selling companies, management buyouts, raising finance and deal support services including valuations.

Adrian specialises in exit strategies for owner managed companies including a significant number of two-step exits. These enable owners to realise capital in their companies, benefit from Business Asset Disposal Relief, retain a significant shareholding and incentivise their management teams. He has also provided full lead advisory services to vendors across a variety of business sales.

Adrian was awarded 'Corporate Finance Adviser of the year 2019’ and ‘Corporate Finance Adviser of the year 2024’ at the Southeast Insider Deal Awards which he still holds, and was highly commended in two other categories at the 2024 awards. In February 2025, Adrian was shortlisted in ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ and the team was shortlisted in ‘Corporate Finance Team of the Year’.
