Course Details

From Tuesday 18 November 2025 important changes are being introduced by Companies House which will impact every UK registered company. From that day onwards it will not be possible for a company to submit a Confirmation Statement to Companies House without quoting the new 11-character personal identity verification code for every one of the company’s directors.  There are corresponding requirements for the company’s PSCs (Persons of Significant Control) and for newly incorporated companies and newly appointed directors.

In this session David Winch will help you navigate through the new requirements and over the following topics:

  • The new requirements for directors
  • Helping clients obtain their new 11-character personal code
  • The ‘Bill Jones’ v ‘passport name’ issue
  • Should your firm become an ACSP now?
  • Individuals who are PSCs but not directors

By attending the session, attendees will be ready for the changes being implemented on 18 November.

This session will be of most interest to those dealing with Companies House for clients.
