You’re expected to be accurate, efficient, and calm under pressure, but no one teaches you how to manage the anxiety that comes with that responsibility. For bookkeepers and accountants, that pressure can build quietly and start to take a toll on wellbeing, confidence and performance. This session is about giving you more influence over how you feel, so that anxiety doesn’t control the day.


We’ll look at how you can start managing your emotional response with practical tools you can use straight away. This session will help you to learn how to respond with more awareness and control. We’ll also explore how resilience is built, both for you and your team, so you can be accurate, efficient, and calm under pressure when it matters most. 


Led by a former police leader and experienced coach to high-performing professionals, this session brings practical tools, lived experience, and leadership insight into a focused hour of learning and reflection.
