Course Details

The reporting of benefits in kind is changing in the UK. From April 2027, the only way benefit in kind data can be reported to HMRC, will be is through RTI and payroll software, in most cases.

In this one-hour session, we will review the current P11d and P11d(b) process and compare that to the new mandatory payrolling benefits proposals. Mandatory payrolling will not be the same as voluntary payrolling, it is expected payroll software will need to submit at least an additional 100+ data item field’s to HMRC.

If you offer P11d services to UK clients, you and your payroll provider need to be prepared for these changes.

In this session Jo Marshall will cover the following topics:

  • P11d current process
  • P11d(b) current process
  • Voluntary payrolling benefits
  • Mandatory payrolling benefits
  • UK Payroll software

By attending this session, you will be able to plan and be prepared for April 2027

This session will be of most interest to Bookkeepers, Payroll Services, Employers and Benefit and Reward
