This presentation is designed for those in general practice to recap the capital gains tax business asset disposal relief (BADR) conditions in line with recent changes announced within the October 2024 budget. A range of practical scenarios will be covered where BADR may be relevant, considering possible other business reliefs and the wider impact of the transactions on future tax liabilities.
